Voice For Health & Progress
  • Richard worked for 30 years as a computer programmer. In 2002, he suffered a stroke that left him totally disabled. Despite health challenges, his quality of life is improving thanks to Medicare Part D, which has given him access to affordable prescriptions that are helping him to begin walking and talking again.

Richard’s illness and disability have led to financial challenges for him and his wife, but he is appreciative because he says without Medicare Part D, they would be in a much worse position.

Richard would like to ask Congress to keep Medicare Part D accessible because he is very pleased with the program.
